Picture of Nancy Gagné

Nancy Gagné is an associate professor and director of the Département des Sciences humaines, Lettres et Communication at the Université TELUQ. Her research interests include the development of second language oral proficiency, the contribution of cognitive factors to second language acquisition, and the relationship between learning contexts and language learning outcomes. Other areas of research include the development of intercultural competencies and learning and teaching minority languages. She has been involved in pre-service and in-service second language training programs for many years as well as in pedagogical design and training in multicultural settings.
